Information from the Provincial Physician Assessment Program (PPAP)

  • The Registration department will notify PPAP of the applicant’s need for a practice readiness assessment.
  • Neither the applicant nor the sponsor should contact PPAP to request details of the assessment until PPAP formally notifies him or her that an assessment file exists.
  • An assessment file will be opened within 10 business days. PPAP will then contact the applicant and sponsor to outline the next steps.
