The ACE department contributes to the College’s goal of ensuring physicians remain competent throughout their careers by coordinating a variety of clinical assessments as well as identifying competency enhancement opportunities for physicians to improve their practices:
The ACE department also administers the Alberta Expert Review Panel for Blood Borne Infections in Health Care Workers on behalf of the Government of Alberta.
