Medication List
Revised July 14, 2011
Drugs are added to the TPP Medication List by their generic names. All products containing the listed generic ingredients are included in the TPP, unless a trade name is specifically excluded. Trade name products approved for sale in Canada are automatically included in the TPP Medication List, based on their generic ingredients.
NOTES:
- Trade name references provided should not be viewed as an all-inclusive listing of products in the Triplicate Prescription Program.
- Tapentadol is added to the TPP Medication List August 1, 2011.
Triplicate prescription forms must be used to prescribe and dispense all medications included in the TPP.
