RERC Reviewer Form
Research Ethics Review Committee (RERC) members use the following criteria to assess protocol submissions. Investigators may find this information helpful when used in conjunction with the RERC template for submissions, particularly those developing the informed consent document.
The criteria is divided into three sections:
Standard Consent Form - Administrative/Committee Review. The RE Coordinator and RERC Committee members use the information as a guideline to assess standard consent forms.
Genetic Consent Form- Administrative/Committee Review. The RE Coordinator and RERC Committee members use the information as a guideline to assess generic consent forms.
Required Documentation - Committee Chair Review.
