- Two Imaging Modalities: $1,500.00 (excludes GST)
- Three or more Imaging Modalities: $4,500.00 (excludes GST)
- Mobile Service: $100.00 (excludes GST)

- Pro-ration Policy (Annual Fee):
- For Facilities That Close During the Billing Year:
January 1 to March 31: refund 65% of the total fee (75% - 10% for administration fees)
After April 1: no refunds - For Facilities That Register During the Billing Year:
January 1 to September 30: invoice for the full amount
October 1 to December 31: invoice 35% of the total fee (25% plus 10% for administration fees)
